Funding evaluation processes can be lengthy (to write, read and gather data on). Where appropriate, video can help simplify this process. Evaluating your projects through film instantly tells the impact of the story. It gives the personal experience that numbers on paper can’t.

There is something special about hearing from the people directly involved in a project. Often, funders allow, or even encourage video evidence to be submitted as part of the evaluation process.

Evaluation films can be executed in a number of ways. If accounted for in your funding bid, we can be involved during the crucial stages of your project to capture elements as they happen, which might span over months or even years. We can also just capture an element of your project and create a film heavily focused on interviews with the people involved. If we’re not able to be involved from the beginning, we can utilise UGC (user generated content) that you have captured yourself throughout the project to add a visual element to the film.
