Carer’s Network - End of Life Carers

Carer’s Network is a charity, helping carers with practical, personal and financial support. We were asked by our client, Civil Society Consulting to create an evaluation piece of an End of Life Care project. The film is driven by interviews from carers who come from different walks of life, caring about people close to them. It explores how the support of the Carer’s Network helps carers feel less isolated.
